Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with any Zax’s product, we will refund your purchase as long we receive the original receipt by email or postal mail.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded for postal mail. We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase for all products - but offer up to 60 days for Zax’s Original Darkspot Cream, Zax’s Dark-Circle Eye Cream and Zax’s Scar Fading Cream (as for some users more time is needed to achieve results).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products without a receipt or received back after the timing described above. Instead, we are happy to ship you a FREE product of your choice.

Please allow to 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed.
