Serves 1
2 kale leaves, stems removed, roughly chopped
1/2 cup chopped mango
1 kiwi skin removed, roughly chopped
2 large strawberries, chopped
1/4 avocado
1 tsp raw honey
1 cup organic almond milk (or milk of choice)
Garnish with chia seeds
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender except the almond milk.
2. Gradually add in the almond milk. Add more almond milk if necessary depending on consistency you like.
3. Sprinkle with chia seeds for garnish. Flax seeds, hemp seeds or granola are great toppings as well.
